SMALL BUSINESS LENDING PROGRAM
Access to capital is one of the most important factors in starting or growing a successful business. Whether you're launching a new venture, expanding your operations, purchasing equipment, or strengthening your working capital, our Small Business Loan Program may be able to help.
The Workforce & Business Development Program provides financing to eligible start-up and existing businesses that may not qualify for traditional bank financing. Loan amounts generally range from $5,000 to $250,000, depending on the project, funding source, and business needs. Some projects may require participation from another lending institution and/or an equity investment by the borrower.
Applicants are required to submit a business plan, cash flow projections, and personal and business financial information as part of the loan application process. Our Business Development Specialists are available to provide one-on-one guidance and technical assistance to help applicants prepare the required documentation and navigate the financing process.
Eligible applicants must reside in, or the business must be located within, Adams, Brown, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, or Scioto County, Ohio. Loan eligibility, interest rates, terms, and program requirements vary based on the funding source and the proposed project.
