The Workforce Programs (Adult Program, Youth Program, Transitions Program, and GRIT Program) are  designed to do more than help participants reach a single goal—they are intended to provide the guidance, resources, and support needed to build long-term success. While some services include financial assistance for eligible participants, every individual enrolled in our programs benefits from personalized case management and career planning tailored to their unique goals.

In addition to the services listed below, participants may receive one-on-one career coaching, career exploration, educational tutoring, life skills training, financial literacy education, goal setting, job readiness assistance, and ongoing support throughout their journey. These services are designed to help individuals overcome barriers, develop the skills needed for employment, and achieve lasting career success.

Enrollment in one of our programs represents a commitment by both the participant and our staff. We work alongside participants from enrollment through the achievement of their education, training, and employment goals, providing encouragement, accountability, and individualized support every step of the way. Our objective is not simply to help someone accomplish a single task, but to equip them with the tools and resources needed to build a successful future.
